This is an opportunity for a strong parts professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and taking ownership of departmental performance. What You'll Do Lead the Parts team through hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Manage sales, margins, expenses, pricing, overtime, and freight recovery. Maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts, returns, cores, credits, invoices, and bin locations. Partner with Service to manage urgent repair orders, backorders, parts staging, and technician wait times. Maintain strong customer-service standards and resolve internal and external concerns. Ensure accurate repair orders, financial administration, safety, and compliance with company procedures. What We're Looking For At least three years of truck or automotive dealership experience. Previous parts leadership or management experience. Strong knowledge of medium- and heavy-duty truck parts and inventory operations. Ability to train and lead counter staff effectively. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize multiple operational demands and make decisions under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate degree or industry experience preferred. Why Lakeside Trucks?
