Job Description
Job Description The Contractor Consultants seeks a Commercial Electrical Logistics Leader to optimize materials, scheduling, and workflow for commercial electrical contractors. In this role, you'll design and manage logistics plans for multi-phase commercial projects, coordinating electrical materials, tools, and equipment from procurement through installation. You'll collaborate daily with contractor owners, project managers, and field supervisors to align deliveries with schedules, prevent job slowdowns, and control costs. You'll analyze data, refine systems, and implement best practices that improve profitability, compliance, and on-time project delivery for our contractor clients. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate logistics for commercial electrical projects, including materials, tools, and equipment flow. Align purchasing, delivery, and storage of electrical materials with project schedules and budgets. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field supervisors to resolve site constraints and delays. Monitor inventory levels, vendor performance, and delivery accuracy; recommend process improvements. Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes in all logistics processes. Track job costs, variances, and KPIs; prepare regular operations and performance reports for clients. Implement and refine logistics systems, templates, and workflows for contractor clients. Support training of contractor teams on best practices for electrical logistics and material controls.
