Job Description

The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is the leading HVAC manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems. We are seeking a Corporate Inventory Manager to join our team! Responsible for managing the flow of products and supplies, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory efficiently. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, invoices, and shipments, and use inventory management software to track demand and forecast future needs.
Key duties include:
Developing and implementing inventory management strategies and procedures Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies Forecasting demand and planning stock replenishment using historical sales, marketing insights, and internal forecasts Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production and service parts needs Overseeing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and supervising inventory clerks Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures Preparing and presenting reports on inventory performance and trends Minimal travel required.
Education :
A bachelor's degree in inventory management, supply chain management, operations, or business administration preferred
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in inventory management software, supply chain systems, and data analysis tools
Analytical Skills :
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for inventory optimization
Interpersonal Skills :
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments
Physical and Organizational Skills :
Capability to handle warehouse operations and maintain accurate records
Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
