Fremont Motors - Rawlins is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Assistant Service/Parts Manager to help lead our busy service and parts department. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and keeping the shop running at its best, we want to meet you! What You'll Do Assist the Service Manager and Parts Manager with daily department operations. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup. Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians. Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and keep customers informed. Managing inventory — ordering parts, tracking stock, handling returns, and reducing obsolete/overstocked parts. Monitor repair progress and ensure timely communication. Working with suppliers — negotiating pricing, placing orders, and resolving incorrect or delayed shipments. Help drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Support employee training, coaching, and team development. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards. Keeping operations organized — maintaining a clean, accurate parts warehouse and ensuring proper procedures are followed. ✅ What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Previous sales experience preferred. Previous experience with Parts Department and dealership knowledge is preferred Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through. ‍Organized with a strong attention to detail. Leadership experience is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
