AK Description:
Processing Supervisor The Division of Traffic Operations' Automated Enforcement Unit seeks to hire three (3) Principal Administrative Associate Level 2 who will serve as a supervisor overseeing the red light, fixed speed, mobile speed, bus lane, and MTA's ACE bus lane camera operations processing unit. The successful candidate will supervise and be responsible for camera technicians who review camera footage of proposed violations and approve or reject them. The Notice of Liability is then sent to the registered owner of the vehicle caught in camera violating the law. The AEU Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the issuance process of all Notices of Liability (NOLs) for red light, bus, speed camera, weigh-in-motion, and the MTA double parking, bus stop, and bus lane violations. The candidate(s) will perform random quality assurance checks, prepare statistical reports, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise from the staff. Perform auditing responsibilities to ensure that the processors are following written procedures for the issuance of these violations. Additionally, the successful candidate(s) will perform administrative duties such as scheduling, timesheets, overtime monitoring, and other human resources functions that come with supervising employees.

Preferred Skills:
Candidates must possess leadership qualities and excellent verbal and writing skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
