Job Description

Job Overview River Run Logistics is seeking a dependable, proactive professional to provide operational support during weekend hours. This position is responsible for monitoring active trucks and loads, supporting drivers, protecting customer service, and preparing the fleet for a successful start to the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor active drivers, trucks, loads, appointments, ETAs, and available hours of service. Respond promptly to driver, customer, and operational communications. Identify and address service risks before they become failures. Coordinate breakdowns, delays, facility issues, and other operating problems. Maintain accurate information in McLeod, Samsara, and E2Open. Ensure every active truck is accounted for and operating from a clear plan. Provide a complete handoff of unresolved issues to Monday's operations team.
Ideal Candidate:
Communicates clearly and professionally. Remains calm and makes sound decisions under pressure. Works independently with strong accountability and follow-through. Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Has transportation, dispatch, logistics, fleet management, or customer-service experience. Experience with McLeod, Samsara, E2Open, or similar systems is preferred.
Schedule:
Weekend coverage; hours assigned according to operational needs.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
