Job Description The Route Driver Manager assists and works collaboratively with the Corporate Field Managers to plan and coordinate daily delivery routes for the Loxley terminal and is responsible for dispatching and monitoring daily delivery operations. This position supports efficient route planning, ensures drivers and helpers are properly assigned, confirms customer requirements are followed, actively monitors delivery progress, and resolves or escalates service exceptions promptly. The role works closely with the Corporate Field Managers, drivers, helpers, warehouse personnel, the Dock Supervisor, and the Terminal Manager to promote safe, productive, and customer-focused operations.

Pay:

$65,000.00 per year
