Pool Route Manager/Pool Route Repair Tech Thank you for taking the time to consider this position. My name is Shaun and Im the owner of Good Life Pool and Spa Care here in Mesa AZ. We started in 2018, and have been growing rapidly over the past 6-7 years. I am looking to build and fill a new type of role within our company to help keep us on top of our game……a hybrid role really. Essentially what I am looking for is someone that can come in and fulfill a couple different duties: Run a weekly pool route of 72 pools. Be in charge of your own filter cleans and repairs. The days will be run as 18 pools per day 4x a week and then the 5th day will be for filter cleans, repairs and any overflow work from the previous days. It will be your responsibility to stay up on all of these items for your 72 customers.

Customer success manager:

I feel that I am strong in the areas of meeting new customers and creating that initial bond. However, I truely have no time to maintain those relationships and make sure the customer continually stays happy. Im working every minute I'm awake, and I can tell my ability to give every customer the attention they deserve is slipping. This is important to me and I would really like to see this area get back up to par ASAP. I will provide you with a truck and any tools that you need. The position is W2 and pay will be DOE, but it's important to me that this role be filled with a quality person so I'm okay with paying above market.$65,000-70,000 depending on performance. I would prefer someone with atleast 5 years experience, but I'm open to someone with 3-5 years experience if they have the right work ethic.
