Brentwood pest control company seeking motivated person with excellent customer service skills. You will lead a team of 8-10 Service Technicians responsible for day route management while ensuring service excellence and compliance with applicable regulations / laws. Effectively coach service technicians with emphasis on customer retention, growing existing accounts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Create and organize efficient routes to ensure that your team of service technicians achieve their financial and service delivery goals. Additional tasks include but are not limited to the following: Pursue sales and new business opportunities Coordinate initial services Build and maintain customer relationships Ensure your team upholds strong safety practices and value Conduct or produce agenda for weekly tailgate meeting
