Job Description Schedule Full-time Monday Through Friday 4am-1pm (1hr. lunch) Schedule may vary based on business needs. What You Will Do Lead the day-to-day dispatch, planning, and delivery operations. Support and coach team members to help them succeed. Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Coordinate daily workflows and keep operations running efficiently. Troubleshoot issues and make decisions to keep work moving. Maintain operational records and complete required reporting. Partner with leadership to improve processes and overall team performance. Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. What You Will Bring Some college preferred. At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. Preferred Experience Experience in logistics, transportation, mail services, distribution, warehouse operations, or a similar industry.
