The Supervisor will independently oversee daily operations for 40+ drivers , working closely with management and customers while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. The position will focus on driver leadership, delivery KPIs, safety and security, route optimization, customer service, asset management, and basic payroll functions. Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM-1:00 PM Key Responsibilities Lead and support 40+ drivers and operations personnel. Monitor delivery performance and ensure customer KPIs are met. Train and coach drivers on safety, service, and operational initiatives. Support route optimization and productivity improvement projects. Perform basic payroll and timekeeping functions. Conduct hub audits and enforce safety and security procedures. Resolve escalated delivery issues and communicate with customers. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Assist with fleet, equipment, and asset management. Qualifications High school diploma; some college preferred. 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
