What You'll Do:
Design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones, including lane closures and traffic redirection. Use traffic control devices to safely manage both vehicular and pedestrian flow around work areas. Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep trucks, tools, and other gear in good condition. Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures on job sites, including proper placement of signs, barricades, and cones. Ensure job sites remain clean, secure, and well-organized, including proper pickup and storage of all tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with construction crews and supervisors, addressing performance, complaints, or violations as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols. Accurately complete and turn in paperwork at the end of each workday. Support other team members and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Guildner team.
What We Need:
Maintain a valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record. Hold an active Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor Certification. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per day). Physical ability to lift 50-60 lbs regularly. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather, including exposure to traffic, dust, asphalt, fumes, and loud noise.
