The Opportunity The Dedicated Fleet Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service execution. This role manages daily driver and load activity, partners closely with customers and internal teams, and drives operational excellence through proactive communication, safety leadership, and disciplined decision-making that supports service, utilization, and profitability goals.Job Schedule:
M-F 7:00 AM - 4:00PM Compensation :
(Range:
$73,221 - $95,212) Starting Wages (Pay Bi-Weekly) •A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.Benefits :

:Operational Leadership and Performance:
Oversee daily operations and performance of dedicated drivers to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery of customer freightTeam Leadership and Development :
Lead, coach, and support drivers to promote engagement, retention, and consistent execution of service expectationsCustomer Relationship Management:
Foster a collaborative relationship with the customer by maintaining regular communication, addressing service needs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and satisfactionFinancial Accountability:
Monitor and manage the financial performance of assigned account(s), including driver pay, overtime, equipment utilization, and cost control to achieve profitability goalsSafety and Compliance:
Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, as well as company and customer safety standardsPerformance Monitoring and Analysis:
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as service, utilization, and retention; implement corrective actions to meet performance targetsCross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with planning, maintenance, and leadership teams to align operations, resolve challenges, and optimize resource utilizationContinuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and driver satisfactionAvailability :
Maintain flexibility to support operations beyond standard business hours as needed to ensure service continuity and customer satisfactionTravel :
Travel may be required; the amount of travel will vary by roleAccountability and Reliability :
Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needsREQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements :

Proven experience in transportation or fleet operations with accountability for service and financial resultsCustomer Management :

A four-year degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated successExperience :
Experience managing customer accounts or dedicated operations with measurable performance outcomesFinancial Acumen :
Proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing strategies to improve profitabilityTechnology :
Familiarity with transportation management systems and data reporting toolsContinuous Improvement :
