Luxury Transportation Operations Manager with Responsibilities in Dispatch, Reservations & Affiliate Relations Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Occasional after-hours on-call availability required NOTE - Dispatch Experience Is Required Lindsey Limousine is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organized Luxury Transportation Operations Manager to help oversee our daily transportation operations and support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership position combining dispatching, reservations, chauffeur management, affiliate relations and fleet coordination. The right candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and confidently make decisions in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. The position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the luxury transportation and travel industry with an established company known for exceptional service and a strong reputation. Reservations and Client Service Answer incoming calls and assist clients with new and existing reservations Accurately enter reservations, make trip changes and send confirmations Provide pricing quotes and explain available transportation services Address client questions and resolve service concerns professionally Dispatch and Daily Operations Efficiently schedule chauffeurs while monitoring availability and overtime Assign vehicles based on passenger requirements, availability, maintenance needs and proper fleet rotation Monitor and accurately document trip statuses throughout the shift Oversee both locally operated trips and farm-out reservations assigned to affiliate companies Make timely adjustments when flights, schedules, chauffeurs, vehicles or client requirements change Communicate clearly with chauffeurs, clients, affiliates and other members of the operations team Help resolve last-minute changes, delays and other operational issues Chauffeur Management and Training Provide daily direction and support to the chauffeur staff Assist with chauffeur scheduling, performance concerns and operational issues Train and mentor new and existing chauffeurs Reinforce company service standards, operating procedures and professional expectations Identify additional training needs and help ensure chauffeurs consistently provide safe, reliable and professional service Affiliate Relations and Business Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with chauffeured transportation companies throughout the United States Coordinate inbound affiliate work performed by Lindsey Limousine Manage outbound reservations assigned to affiliate transportation providers Communicate trip requirements, changes and service expectations clearly and accurately Monitor affiliate service quality and address performance or communication concerns Contact transportation companies in other markets to introduce Lindsey Limousine and solicit additional inbound business Identify opportunities to strengthen reciprocal affiliate relationships and increase referral volume Represent Lindsey Limousine professionally when communicating with affiliate owners, managers, reservation agents and dispatchers Help build a dependable nationwide network of qualified transportation partners Fleet and Maintenance Coordination Assist the General Manager with vehicle maintenance scheduling Help coordinate vehicle availability around maintenance, inspections and repairs Ensure vehicles are assigned in the proper order to support fleet rotation and operational efficiency Communicate vehicle availability and maintenance-related restrictions to the reservation and dispatch teams Help prevent vehicle scheduling conflicts and unnecessary service disruptions After-Hours Support Participate in the company's on-call rotation as required Assist with after-hours operational issues that cannot be resolved by the overnight or weekend reservation and dispatch staff Respond to urgent chauffeur, client, vehicle and affiliate concerns in a calm and professional manner Required Qualifications Experience working in a time-sensitive transportation, logistics, travel, hospitality or service environment Strong customer service and telephone skills Ability to manage multiple telephone lines, conversations and operational priorities Ability to make sound decisions quickly and remain composed under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, articulate and confident communication style Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Accurate typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Above-average computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to learn reservation, dispatch and fleet-management software Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call coverage Preferred Qualifications Experience in the limousine, chauffeured transportation, executive car service, shuttle, motor-coach or passenger transportation industry Experience taking and managing transportation reservations Experience supervising, training or supporting professional drivers or chauffeurs Experience coordinating work with transportation affiliates, vendors or outside service providers Relationship-management, account-management or business-development experience Familiarity with flight tracking, Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
