As a Fleet Manager at West Shore Home, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles. This role drives fleet forecasting, procurement, cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering cross-functionally to support rapid organizational growth. The Fleet Manager ensures the fleet is right-sized, cost-effective, safe, and aligned with company performance and branding standards.Key Role Accountabilities:
Fleet Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute fleet forecasting models based on headcount, geographic expansion, and operational demand to ensure optimal fleet sizing. Evaluate and recommend vehicle types, specifications, and standardization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with leasing companies, manufacturers, and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms. Cost Management & Optimization
- Monitor and control fleet-related spending against budget, providing variance analysis and corrective action plans. Ensure timely registration, licensing, fuel card administration, and compliance documentation across all vehicles. Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure all vehicles are properly covered and documented. Data, Systems & Reporting
- Leverage telematics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational performance.
