This role is accountable for safe execution, quality workmanship, production reliability, accurate documentation, equipment/tool care, communication and adherence to Ranger policies and project requirements.

Role-specific focus:

Performs the core functions of the Foreman-Trucking role in alignment with safety, quality, production and documentation expectations. Coordinates with supervision and support teams to complete assigned work efficiently and professionally. Support safe hauling, equipment transport, dispatch coordination, DOT compliance and on-time material movement. Coordinate with supervisors, crews, support departments and outside stakeholders as applicable. Maintain safety, quality, production and documentation standards. Inspect tools/equipment/work areas and report issues promptly. Communicate constraints, hazards, quality issues and resource needs early. Attend toolbox talks, safety meetings, job briefings and required training. Maintain professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, inspectors, vendors, owners and the public as applicable. Complete time, production, inspection, ticket, maintenance or other documentation accurately and timely. Perform other related duties as assigned within training, authorization and business need. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred unless otherwise established by HR or role-specific requirements. Relevant construction, equipment, administrative, technical or leadership experience commensurate with the position level. Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, plans/specifications or department procedures applicable to the role. Valid driver license, CDL, professional license, certification, medical card or equipment authorization where required by the assignment. Ability to work scheduled hours, shifts, nights/weekends, overtime or travel as required by project and department needs.

Training, Tools and Competencies Valid driver license/COL as required; DOT driver qualification; medical card where Training / Certifications required; vehicle-specific training; load securement/tarping; defensive driving; spill response for fuel/lube roles as applicable.

Equipment / Software

Dump truck, lowboy, water/service truck, log systems, tickets, radios, GPS/dispatch tools load securement and inspection forms. Safety leadership; communication; plan/spec or procedure comprehension; quality Knowledge / Skills awareness; production mindset; documentation accuracy; teamwork; accountability; problem solving appropriate to level.
