JOSEPH LEGACY HOLDINGS LLC

is seeking an experienced Airport Station Manager to oversee the overall management, operation, and performance of passenger terminal services in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will lead terminal personnel, coordinate passenger and baggage operations, support flight and mission activities, and ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily passenger terminal operations. Supervise and coordinate operational personnel. Coordinate passenger processing, baggage, gate, and transportation operations. Coordinate with flight and mission operations. Respond to schedule changes and operational issues. Maintain safe, professional, and efficient terminal operations. Ensure required records, reports, and communications are completed accurately. Support passenger movement and transportation requirements. Coordinate with government personnel and operational stakeholders. Support safety, security, training, and quality-control requirements. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of recent experience within the last 7 years managing a similarly sized passenger terminal. Experience supervising operational personnel. Experience with passenger terminal, airport, aviation, or similar transportation operations. Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain required federal installation access and security credentials. Preferred Experience Military or federal passenger terminal experience. Air Terminal Operations Center (ATOC) experience. Patriot Express or military passenger movement experience. Passenger processing, baggage, gate operations, and transportation coordination. Experience working under a federal government contract.

Position Information:

Full-time, on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
