Brink's is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support secure armored logistics within our Transportation & Warehousing operations. In this role, you will plan and coordinate daily transportation routes, monitor fleet status, and ensure on-time, secure movement of cash and valuables for financial, retail, and commercial clients. You will communicate with branches, drivers, and customers, resolve service issues, and verify manifests and chain-of-custody records. Working in a disciplined, mission-driven environment, you'll uphold strict safety and security standards while using routing and dispatch systems to optimize efficiency and support critical financial operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily armored transportation routes and schedules to meet customer and service-level requirements Monitor fleet status, driver assignments, and load planning to ensure safe and timely deliveries Communicate with branches, drivers, and customers to resolve delays, exceptions, and service issues Verify trip documentation, manifests, and chain-of-custody records in line with Brink's security standards Support compliance with DOT, safety, and security regulations and internal operating procedures Use dispatch, routing, and tracking systems to optimize efficiency and asset utilization Assist with incident reporting, service recovery, and follow-up communication Collaborate with operations and cash management teams to align transportation plans with customer needs Required Skills Route planning and scheduling Fleet and driver coordination Transportation management systems (TMS) Dispatch and real-time tracking DOT and transportation compliance Security and chain-of-custody procedures Data entry and documentation accuracy Incident and exception management Customer communication and service Basic Excel and reporting
