URGENTLY

seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead field teams, drive safety initiatives, and ensure exceptional service performance. Located in the Pembroke Pines, FL area Up to 85k, plus bonus

What You'll Do:

Must have Heavy Route experience, Route Management experience, Route Optimization experience Supervise drivers and operations staff Promote a strong safety culture Optimize Daily routes and improve efficiency Resolve operational and customer service issues as well as Driver issues Coach, train, and develop drivers Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

Route Supervisory or Route Management experience, Waste experience
