Transportation Coordinator Location:
Tampa, Plant City, Lakeland, FL area. Join a globally active, vertically integrated produce company known for delivering premium fruit to markets across North America and beyond. With strong partnerships from farm to customer, this organization is focused on operational precision, cost efficiency, and consistent service execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless transportation from warehouse to end customer, directly impacting both profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in supply chain/logistics required; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and transportation coordination strongly desired.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
  • Coordinate end-to-end "final mile" delivery execution across North America
  • Ensure on-time shipments while managing carrier performance and costs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation vendors
  • Track freight rates and support budgeting and cost optimization efforts
  • Partner with sales and operations teams on quotes, orders, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain compliance with contracts, audits, and logistics standards
