- Assistant Manager/ Vending Route Driver (Full time Salary)
- Working days Monday thru Friday each week beginning each day at 6:30 am.
- This individual would need to be physically fit. Continuously Lifting heavy boxes (50+ Lbs) and equipment. Getting in and out of a box truck repeatedly.
- This individual would have to have great people skills to maintain relationships and create conversations between clients and themselves.
- This individual would need to be familiar with computers and mobile apps.
- This individual will be willing to work hard in a small business and build a route to train and supervise the next route person.
- This individual will need to have strong "handyman" skills to diagnose and repair vending equipment including locks, refrigeration, motors, and computer boards.
- This individual must be well groomed, well dressed, and presentable at all times.
- This individual must have strong vending & coffee product knowledge and equipment knowledge (or the capability to learn)
- Real world experiences we would like to see (Sales, Servers, Small business, Self-employment, vending)
- Happy and energetic personality.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of Route Truck
- Delivering product to customers on existing route
- Checking inventory and proper restocking of accounts
- Maintain communication with customer
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Looking out for growth opportunities on the route
- Held accountable for keeping customer stocked, keeping equipment functioning, keeping customers happy and fulfilled.
- Warehouse organization
- Inventory management and ordering
- Assist in locating and purchasing equipment
- Manage truck maintenance. Oil changes, repairs, etc
- Prepare equipment for new customers
- Install equipment for new customers
- Repair equipment on location
