We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Route Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating and managing daily routes for our pest control technicians while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient office operations. Responsibilities Schedule and manage daily routes for pest control technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate appointments, route changes, and service requests. Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff regarding scheduling needs. Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service-related inquiries. Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with the office team while also handling responsibilities independently. Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication abilities. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
