Responsibilities:

Promote/Monitor and manage the required high level of safety performance Maintain customer satisfaction and work to build long term business relationships Responsible for hiring and training new drivers Work with customers to maximize utilization of equipment Conduct quarterly safety meetings Key point of contact for customer with any issues Scheduling/Dispatching of Drivers Regular scheduled maintenance/repairs on equipment Reviewing/approving Invoices Processing weekly driver payroll Main point of driver contact

Employee/Driver Retention Requirements:

Must possess leadership skills Must possess positive and professional lead by example mentality Management/supervisory experience required Knowledgeable on

DOT/FMSCA

regulations, along with a basic understanding of Class A Tractor/Trailer equipment Must have computer and strong organizational skills Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and oral skills Must have the ability to travel to remote locations as needed Team player with 24/7 accessibility CDL Class A License Ability to manage a heavy remote driving workforce
