Manage drivers, trucks, and routes efficiently and accurately.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Schedule drivers weekly making daily changes Maintain trucks to maintenance schedule Manage breakdowns, call outs, and daily changes Manage drivers hours of service Keep a good line of communication with the hub and management Able to work as a team Enforce and maintain the current safety guidelines and protocols Able to drive when needed Able to multi-task several projects while keeping daily tasks

DRIVERS Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Professionalism Must have a CDL-A License with doubles endorsement and experience. Must have experience managing linehaul trucking/fleet management. Great understanding of hours of service and laws surrounding Attention to detail while multi-tasking Proficient with Motive/Driver Logs, Trucking apps, Camera systems Able to learn new programs and new projects. Must be able to pass a thorough background check. No felonies in the past 10 years.
