Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Additional hours and days as needed to support business needs which does include possibly working additional days during peak season. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
