Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bus Washer Supervisor to lead our daylight cleaning team. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of bus washing and sanitation, ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will motivate staff, uphold sanitation protocols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position offers a dynamic environment where your supervisory skills and passion for cleanliness will directly impact the quality of our fleet and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Cleaning the motorcoaches with a flexible schedule during the day Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bus washing staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality cleaning standards Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols Monitor adherence to safety regulations and enforce compliance with environmental and sanitation standards Conduct inspections of buses post-cleaning to verify thoroughness and quality control Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure proper storage practices Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and motivation Address customer concerns related to cleanliness or service issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services with a focus on vehicle or commercial cleaning Prior supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and communicate clearly at all levels Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment Familiarity with laundry services or housekeeping management is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support

$19.00 per hour
