C/B Mid-Shift. Monday-Thursday 5:00PM-1:30AM & Friday 5:00PM-11:30PM. Additional hours are based on business need. The Transportation Coordinator supports inbound and outbound transportation operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring operational efficiency and system accuracy. • Serve as a key point of contact for carrier communication, escalating issues to the Transportation Manager when necessary.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, and operational issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Assist with truck yard operations by monitoring trailer movements and ensuring timely processing.
• Track and report on transportation KPIs such as Yard-to-Empty, Late Ships, Late Inducts, and On-Time Performance.
• Support scheduling and shipment planning to maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate with building departments to ensure alignment on processes and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.
• Working knowledge of yard management, transportation systems, and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with YMS/TMS platforms.
• Adaptability to learn new tools quickly and deliver exceptional service while collaborating as a team player.
