Leads are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the routes in their area. They will train and educate drivers in methods/procedures, provide guidance as needed, and holding them accountable for results. Leads must also ensure they are utilizing manpower efficiently to achieve the goals and minimizing labor costs while satisfying the customer. H&S Enterprises, Inc., works exclusively with Cash-Wa Distributing and delivers to their customers. Cash-Wa Distributing is one of the largest privately-owned food service distributors in the Midwest. Their continued growth of current and new markets has continued to increase the stops and routes performed by H&S Enterprises proving additional opportunities to drivers like you! Duties and Responsibilities Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements Manage drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues Serve as liaison between transportation and sales in the territory Manage and audit team members timekeeping Cover routes when needed; i.e. team members PTO, sick, unfilled positions, etc. Perform annual reviews and wage adjustment suggestions Investigate and document as necessary for incidences and injuries, including retraining and/or disciplinary action Other administrative duties as necessary
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbsBenefits:
