Expert Traffic Control LLC is actively looking for a hardworking candidate to join our team as a Traffic Control Supervisor on a full-time basis. We value investing in and developing our employees and promoting from within for our positions in the field. The Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) is responsible for designing, setting up, and maintaining temporary traffic control in a work zone. The candidate must have a current flagger card and Washington TCS certification.

• Daily traffic control reports as required on a project-specific basis.
• Keen attention to the safety of everyone in the Traffic Control Area, including the public.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of cities, county, and state.
• Maintain a clean job site, pick up all equipment, and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Effectively communicate problems or concerns to foreman or project manager.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license (Clean MVR to drive company vehicle) This position requires open availability as our company provides traffic control 24/7. TCS's are needed to work days, nights, and weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on uneven terrain for 12+ hours a day. Strong communication skills and reliability Ability to follow directions and maintain professionalism on job sites
