$80,000 - $90,000 Annually About the Role Westmore Carriers is seeking an experienced PM Terminal Manager to lead evening operations at our Aurora terminal. This role oversees dispatchers and independent drivers, coordinates freight movement, and keeps pickups and deliveries running safely and on schedule. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance daily operational needs with strong communication, accurate documentation, and customer service. What You Will Do

• Lead daily terminal operations and manage a team of dispatchers and independent drivers.
• Plan for staffing and equipment needs to support the evening operation.
• Coordinate freight movement, including pickup and delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide timely shipment updates to customers and internal team members.
• Keep freight moving efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
• Ensure operations follow applicable transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Work with team members to improve terminal performance and operating efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support the recruitment and training of terminal staff and drivers. What You Will Bring
• At least three years of terminal or logistics management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and maintain compliance with safety and transportation policies.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including routing and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• A current Commercial Driver's License is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
