Transportation Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Transportation Coordinator, to join our growing team at our Chicago location. Responsibilities Process customs documentation for import shipments including ocean import. Monitor ocean import regulations and compliances and keep updated. Manage CargoWise to streamline customs entry processes. Accomplish exceptional customer service quality by prompt handling with customer inquiries related to ocean import customs processes. Act as liaison between clients and customs authorities, to guarantee smooth process. Master with Microsoft Excel and CargoWise and maintain shipping records. Supervise real-time status of internal, external clients' ocean shipments. Handle billings of ocean import customs duties, fees. Collaborate closely with finance department to reconcile billings and resolve discrepancies. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2 years or more relevant experience preferred Bilingual (Chinese and English) preferred
