Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor that can travel to locations and clean. We do offer company car or car stipend. Locations will be in Salina, Manhatten, can be as far as some parts of Kansas City or Witchita, or even other parts of Kansas Join our dynamic cleaning company as a Route Supervisor, where your leadership and expertise will drive exceptional service delivery across multiple client sites. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure all sanitation and safety standards are met with precision. Duties Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned routes, ensuring efficient scheduling and task completion Monitor daily cleaning activities to meet sanitation, safety regulations, and quality standards for commercial and industrial sites Provide clear instructions and training to team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure service expectations are exceeded Lead team meetings to motivate staff, review performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or janitorial roles with a focus on supervision or team management Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation standards, industrial cleaning practices, and safety regulations Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments Excellent managerial communication skills to provide clear instructions and foster teamwork Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire trust, accountability, and high performance among team members Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms everyday spaces into spotless environments!
