The ideal candidates must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment We are looking to fill the following schedule. Sunday through Wednesday 4PM-3AM This is a Full time hourly based position , there will be times during our busy season between Oct 1st and Jan 1st where we will have to work 6 days per week. Our dispatchers assist with day to day operations, work with operations managers , have direct customer service responsibilities, complete payroll data entry, invoicing as well as managing a pool of Class A drivers to cover your daily loads. Ideal candidates should have excellent planning and communications skills. Must possess experience and knowledge of DOT Rules and regulations pertaining to Class A Truck Driver hours of service, as well as experience using Microsoft office programs and possess the ability to quickly learn software that will include:  TMW  Excel  Peoplenet  Any previous or equivalent experience is preferred. Other duties will include assisting the safety department with driver coaching on drive cam and speed gauge events .The flexibility to cover different hours when needed possible Saturdays & to fill in for office personnel when on sick or vacation time and generally being an all around good team player who can add additional depth and expertise to an already fantastic team here in Indy.
