Full Job Description Job Summary:
As a Rental Counter clerk at Danvers Ford, you'll be the friendly face customers meet when renting a vehicles. You'll handle reservations, process rental agreements, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. This role blends customer service, administrative precision, and a love for cars.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customer and assist with vehicle inquiries Process rental agreements and verify documentation Explain rental terms, insurance options and vehicle features Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure timely pick-up and return Inspect vehicles for damage before and after rental periods Maintain accurate records and update rental management systems Handle payments, deposits and resolve billing issues Collaborate with service and sales departments for vehicle coordination Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally Ensure vehicles are full of gas and clean for customers This is a 40hr/week full time role Consistent attendance and strong time management skills
Qualifications:
