Performance Food Group is seeking an On-Road Driver Supervisor in Springfield, MA to lead and support our route delivery drivers in the wholesale food distribution network. This role oversees daily on-road operations, including dispatch, route monitoring, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and customer service standards. You will coach drivers, conduct ride-alongs, investigate incidents, and ensure DOT and company policy compliance. Partner with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues, improve route efficiency, and uphold PFG's safety-first, customer-focused culture.
