Full-Time Position Summary Lifecycle Renewables Inc. is seeking a Route Supervisor to lead and support our oil collection drivers while ensuring daily routes are completed safely, efficiently, and consistently. This position will monitor driver and route performance, troubleshoot field issues, optimize routes, and use operational data to improve productivity and stability. The Route Supervisor will work closely with Sales and Operations to address customer needs and resolve service issues. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support oil collection drivers. Monitor daily routes, schedules, driver activity, and route completion. Optimize routes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary mileage and overtime. Review operational data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor driver performance, productivity, attendance, and compliance with company standards. Visit customer locations and troubleshoot service, equipment, and access issues. Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve customer and field issues. Provide daily reporting on key operational metrics and significant issues. Coach and hold drivers accountable for performance, safety, and customer service. Identify problems and take ownership of finding practical solutions. Support training of new drivers and implementation of operational procedures. Maintain accurate records and communicate important information to management. Qualifications Previous experience supervising drivers, field personnel, or an operations team. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Task-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment and vehicles. Computer savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, GPS/route-management systems, and operational software. Ability to analyze data and use it to make operational decisions. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Willingness to spend significant time in the field visiting customers and supporting drivers.

Preferred experience:

Logistics, trucking, waste management, recycling, oil collection, grease trap service, fleet management, or other field-service operations. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-directed leader who can manage people, analyze data, solve problems, and keep the operation moving without constant supervision. They should be comfortable working with drivers, customers, Sales, and Operations and be willing to get into the field when necessary. Success in This Role Success will be measured by improved route efficiency, driver productivity, customer service, completion rates, operational stability, and accountability.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
