COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation to branch location and have valid drivers license Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds regularly Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge Available for on-time very early a.m. dispatch High school or GED equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Every day is different, but you will be expected to: Always represent Olympia Moving to the best of your ability Lead, train, and mentor a moving team Communicate with clients as the primary on-site contact Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and staff Use your resources to solve problems and overcome obstacles Work on both residential and commercial moving jobs Train and coach others on how to pack household items; from books to dishes to antiques Assist with and direct team to carry heavy items up & down stairs Ensure crew protects the home: doors, stairs, floors and walls and protect furniture and equipment with moving pads Train and assist others on best practices to disassemble & re-assemble furniture and equipment Complete billing, paperwork, inventories and reporting on a mobile platform
