Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Tow Manager to lead our towing operations with precision and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination and dispatch of tow trucks, manage customer interactions, ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and optimize road transportation operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and supervise tow truck and roadside service drivers Oversee daily dispatch and call volume Monitor driver productivity, response times, and performance Coordinate truck schedules and coverage Handle AAA/motor-club service requirements Train, coach, and hold employees accountable Manage customer service issues and complaints Monitor fleet condition, maintenance, and downtime Help control overtime, fuel, and operating costs Ensure DOT, safety, and company policies are followed Recruit and help train new drivers Work closely with ownership to improve efficiency and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

Towing/roadside management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of towing operations and dispatch Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage drivers in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record AAA or motor-club experience is a major plus Must be dependable and willing to take ownership of the operation We are looking for a manager — not just a dispatcher.
