Falcon Express is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation operations, driver management, and client communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Utilize computer systems and software to support daily operations. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Learn and effectively use Falcon Express operating systems and internal processes. Become proficient in customer mobile applications and communication platforms, including WhatsApp, Slack, and Nash. Update driver commission orders in CXT on a daily basis. Maintain and update customer billing information in CXT daily. Prepare and provide reports on operational costs, revenue, and performance metrics. Driver Management & Operations Communicate regularly with drivers to ensure efficient daily operations. Develop interviewing skills and participate in the driver recruitment and hiring process. Monitor and evaluate driver performance on a daily basis. Address operational issues and provide solutions to maintain service quality and efficiency. Client Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding: Driver behavior and professionalism. Driver performance and service quality. Schedule adjustments and operational changes. Service updates and transportation-related inquiries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, customer service, or operations management is preferred. Ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
