Serve as the primary liaison between talent and production transportation, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination of all transportation needs. Coordinate daily transportation schedules, manifests, and call times. Manage airport pickups, hotel transfers, and transportation to and from set. Communicate directly with talent and production teams regarding pickup times, locations, schedule changes, and special transportation requests. Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and transportation vendors to ensure all transportation needs are met efficiently. Oversee transportation logistics for cast and talent across all production locations. Troubleshoot last-minute changes, delays, and transportation issues while maintaining clear communication between talent and production. Track transportation expenses, vehicle assignments, and related logistics. Travel with the production across multiple cities and adapt to changing schedules and production demands. Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, organization, and responsiveness when working with talent and production leadership.
Required Experience:
Candidates must have previous transportation experience or production experience clearly listed on their resume. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
