Wreck & Roll handles demolition, dumpster rental, site cleanup, and trash-out services across Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks, Eldon, and Jefferson City. We work with contractors, businesses, and homeowners to keep projects moving and job sites safe. From controlled demos to final cleanups, we bring skill and reliable equipment to every job. We're building a team of hard workers who take pride in doing the tough jobs right. Job Overview Are you a master of logistics with a knack for customer service? Do you thrive on a fast-paced, hands-on job where you can make a real impact? We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to run the day-to-day operations of our dumpster delivery and pickup service. Key Responsibilities Be the
Hub:
You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating dumpster deliveries and pickups for a variety of customers, from homeowners to large construction crews.
Keep Things Moving:
You'll plan the most efficient routes, track deliveries, and make sure our dumpsters and trucks are in top shape and ready to go. In addition you will be driving the truck and trailer to fulfill customers needs. Ability to maneuver a dump trailer is required. Training is available upon hire Grow the
Business:
You'll use your marketing smarts to find new customers and build strong relationships with local businesses to keep the referrals coming in.
Happy Customers:
You'll be the go-to person for our customers, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.
Stay Organized:
You'll handle the paperwork, including scheduling and billing, and keep a close eye on expenses to make sure we're profitable.
Safety First:
You'll ensure all operations follow safety rules and regulations to keep everyone safe and sound. Qualifications Someone with experience in a similar role, like logistics or operations management. A great communicator who is organized and loves solving problems. A proactive person who can manage multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly. Someone with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You should be comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Work Schedule & Pay Mon - Thurs maybe a weekend shift once in a while based on customer demand.
