Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Terminal Coordinator will assist the Terminal Manager with the day-to-day operations of their respective terminal. This role is responsible for managing our client's fleet of vehicles including facilitating maintenance and repair transportation and scheduling, electric vehicle state of charge management, and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and Reindeer employees for final mile delivery. All job duties must be performed in a way that promotes safe practices in accordance with our client's established safety programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with day-to-day operations of terminal facility and all vehicles in possession of Reindeer. Coordinate fleet dispatch needs with the Fleet and Core departments. Manage high-level customer accounts that require a significant level of operational attention. Promote and execute all company safety policies. Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels by ensuring vehicles are maintained properly and in appropriate condition for delivery. Perform yard checks to ensure vehicles are entered correctly into transportation management systems. Rotate electric vehicles on and off charging stations. Transport vehicles locally within 50 mile radius Fill-in for other business needs, as warranted.
EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong customer service/client relationship management experience. Previous experience in dispatch, customer service or similar career environment. 1+ years operations or logistics experience Experience with Microsoft Office Products Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. •Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work in all wheather conditions.

$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
