McAllister Delivery, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring dependable Alternate Vehicle Program (AVP) drivers to deliver packages using their own personal vehicle. If you value safety, professionalism, and great customer service, this role is an excellent fit. Whether you have delivery experience or are brand new to the industry, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What We Offer Part‑time schedule: Start 10am with a route schedule set to 4-5 hours. Weekly hours between 25-30.

Pay:

$2 per delivery stop, hourly rate can exceed $40-48/hour based on route efficiency Average 100-120 stops per day Flexible scheduling Paid training Supportive team environment Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle while representing McAllister Delivery professionally Deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route Load/unload packages and inspect your vehicle daily Follow safety standards, and route schedules Provide excellent customer service at every stop Requirements 21+ years old Valid driver's license (MO applicants must have Class E before start date) Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check (no felonies, Driving While Suspended, or violent criminal charges) Ability to pass drug screening (including THC/marijuana) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable driving in all weather conditions Reliable smartphone for communication Vehicle Requirements 2016 or newer (no older than 12 years) Large sedan, SUV, or truck with a camper shell/cover that locks.

Good condition:
