In this role, you will oversee the overall operations of the transportation department and organizational fleet management. What you'll do: Coordinate and work with outside partners in the overall fleet management Supervise and lead members of the transportation team Participate in hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and discharging employees in accordance with company policies and guidelines Ensure all transportation staff maintain licenses and certifications Oversee the transportation budget and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality Use technology to maintain the organization's transportation schedule, track mileage, track fuel cost and vehicle performance Schedule and accommodate appropriate social outings and trips for residents What you'll need: High School or Equivalent 2+ years of leadership experience 2+ years of transportation experience

Compensation:
