For this position you would be responsible for: Maintenance & operation of buses, vans, golf carts and other vehicles including off road models. This includes fueling, cleaning and general operation. Mechanical knowledge/ abilities to troubleshoot vehicles as needed and perform basic repairs on site. Knowledge of resource management in reference to vehicle maintenance, repairs and general oversight of fleet vehicles. Ability to communicate to outside vendors for services, repairs and maintenance. Daily perform vehicle checks and fueling of fleet buses / vans. Review of Daily Transportation logs and tracking of repair items reported by drivers. Track registration and maintenance intervals to get on-time inspections and services.

About this position:

Position is approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Flexibility to address periodic vehicle emergencies during afterhours or weekends. Must maintain personal spiritual development through Bible reading, prayer & Christian community. Must possess excellent customer service / vendor relations skills Must have a Class B CDL License with Passenger AND School Bus Endorsements Must pass a criminal & driving background check Demonstration and following of safety precautions, instructions of training, management and tool/equipment operating manuals. Ability to work with and maintain a flexible posture as it relates to various activities that can interrupt normal routines on campus (including special requests and events).

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
