Job Description The Terminal Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of staff and equipment at the Rebel bulk fuels terminal. This operation is where fuel is received via pipeline to bulk storage tanks then transferred from tanks to facility loading bays onto trucks at our terminal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Terminal Manager will oversee the Terminal Supervisor and Terminal Operators providing 24/7 coverage of the facility and will directly report to the Regional Director. Previous experience in Fuel Terminal management is highly necessary. Job duties include but are not limited to: Ensure safe and compliant operation of terminal through development of policies and procedures. Supervise and coordinate all operational activities, including scheduling and oversight of contractors, contractor selection, and approving payments for work done. Ensure employees receive proper training to perform their jobs. Routine interface with supply, transportation, sales, regional director, and other support departments. When requested, participate in customer meetings to build relationships. Coordinate with Regional Director and VP Operations on Cap X projects at the Terminal. Document and communicate all Terminal violations by Rebel fleet, 3rd party carriers, contractors, and vendors. Completion and documentation of preventative and non-preventative maintenance. Ensure accurate daily inventory counts. Oversee Terminal daily folio close. Prepare facility for weekly ULSD pipeline receipts, periodic B99 and R99 truck receipts, and periodic fuel additive receipts. Participate in weekly meetings with Supply Department and Transportation department as applicable for Terminal Operators. Ensure accurate monthly inventories. Oversee Terminal end of month folio close. Review monthly Terminal P&L Statement and provide recommendations on possibilities for financial improvement. Complete planned general inspections. Review recordkeeping requirements necessary for all regulatory bodies: Clark County Dept. of Air Quality (Air Permit) Clark County Building & Fire Prevention (Permits and Inspections) Clark County Water Quality Southern Nevada Health District Waste Management Underground Storage TanksEPA IRS OSHA
