Job Description

Earn Flexible Income on Your Schedule Karsaz Law is expanding its network of independent contractors to provide legal document delivery services throughout the Reno and Sparks area. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are not employees of Karsaz Law. Contractors choose whether to accept available service opportunities, determine their own availability, and independently manage how accepted assignments are completed. Whether you are looking to supplement your income, are retired, or already work in the gig economy, this opportunity offers flexibility while allowing you to accept service opportunities that fit your schedule and business needs. Compensation Independent contractors are compensated for accepted legal document delivery assignments at a rate of 25/hour . Compensation is based on accepted service assignments and the requirements associated with each accepted assignment. No minimum assignment commitment. No guaranteed work volume. Contractors choose which available assignments, if any, they wish to accept. Service opportunities are offered based on client demand. Assignment demand is typically highest between the 5th and 15th of each month. Deliver documents in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the service requirements for each accepted assignment. Record completed service information through the designated mobile application. The mobile application is used to document completed assignments, required information, and service results. Contractors independently determine how to complete accepted assignments. Contractor Qualifications To participate in our contractor network, you will need: A reliable personal vehicle. A valid driver's license. Active auto insurance. A smartphone with a data plan, camera, and email capability. No prior legal document delivery experience is required. Contractors will receive information regarding applicable legal requirements, client specifications, and documentation requirements for accepted assignments. Independent Contractor Relationship As a member of Karsaz Law's contractor network, you: Operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Karsaz Law. Choose whether to accept or decline available service opportunities. Determine your own availability and schedule. Control the manner and means used to complete accepted assignments. Provide your own vehicle, fuel, insurance, smartphone, and other business resources needed to perform services. Are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and business operations. May provide services for other companies and clients. Manage your own business activities and expenses.
