Complete vehicle recoveries professionally and work independently with support from an experienced dispatch and operations team. Responsibilities Operate company tow trucks safely and professionally throughout Reno and the surrounding rural communities. Use GPS, tablets, and dispatch tools to receive and complete assignments. Recover vehicles carefully, efficiently, and without damage. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws. Work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Requirements Clean background check. Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada PILB Work Card; guidance is available during the process. Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening. Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada PI card, as required. DOT physical clearance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements. At least 2 years of driving experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer, GPS, and tablet skills. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional communication. Schedule and Location Full-time position Reno, Nevada Must be available to work one of the following assigned schedules:
