Position Overview The Terminal Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Rochester terminal, ensuring the safe handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of cement products while supporting a small team. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily terminal operations, including bulk material handling, inventory control, bagging, packaging, and truck loading activities. Supervise, coach, and engage employees while promoting accountability and teamwork. Coordinate incoming material deliveries, monitor silo inventories, and maintain operational records. Partner with customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely service. Support equipment reliability through inspections, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and site upkeep. Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
