We are currently seeking Independent Delivery Contractors with reliable cargo vans for an upcoming delivery opportunity in the Cleveland area. Specific assignment details will be discussed directly with selected candidates. Preferred Vehicles Examples of suitable cargo vans include: Ford Transit Connect Ford Transit Ram ProMaster City Ram ProMaster Chevrolet City Express Chevrolet Express Cargo Van GMC Savana Cargo Van Nissan NV200 Nissan NV Cargo Mercedes-Benz Metris Similar compact or full-size cargo vans with adequate enclosed cargo space All vehicles must be clean, dependable, properly registered, appropriately insured, and in safe operating condition. Responsibilities Pick up, organize, and safely transport assigned packages. Complete delivery routes accurately and efficiently. Use a smartphone for navigation, delivery updates, and proof of delivery. Follow delivery instructions and communicate route issues promptly. Maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers and operational staff. Protect packages from loss, damage, theft, and weather exposure. Requirements Access to a reliable compact or full-size cargo van. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Current vehicle registration and appropriate insurance coverage. Reliable smartphone with cellular data and GPS capability. Ability to lift and carry packages throughout the route. Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills. Ability to work independently and communicate professionally. Previous courier, route-driving, or package-delivery experience is preferred but not required. Must complete B&W Logistics' contractor onboarding process before accepting an assignment. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and operating expenses. Assignment availability is based on client and operational needs.
